Description
Roti or chapati is a round flatbread native to the Indian subcontinent. This unleavened bread is made from stoneground wholemeal flour and water. It's rolled out by rolling pin and cooked on a flat or slightly concave iron griddle. Like breads around the world, roti is a staple accompaniment to other foods. Roti is consumed in India, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Maldives, Malaysia and Bangladesh
